I was staying for almost 3 wks there and I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for a great experience.
Great location and great management. The pool was always clean and the gardens where lush.

I'd more than likely book again. My biggest stink is this. Items went missing. Not many but 3,...
The problem I had with the property was not the property itself necessarily, but the information provided beforehand, that,...exaggerated what was available. I believe they need to revise the information provided to remain believable. >>>the beds were comfortable. the pool area was pleasant. The trolly to the beach was mostly reliable....
I didn't like that my room was open to the staff 24-7. That we weren't provided with 'Keep Out' signs during times we were sleeping, napping, or not interested in maid service. On several occasions a maid would come into the apartment, open the closed bedroom door, close it abruptly, waking me, and instead of leaving, would continue to clean, once, with another person, a male, who she chatted with loudly. >>>I didn't like that the restaurant, advertised on all the different sites was no longer in service, ...except for breakfast until 10am, ...and that the bar area was only open until 7ish, ...unless they decide to close early. Once, at 5 with no note to say why. My biggest stink however is that I honestly fell items were stolen from us. Professional stainless steel hair scissors, a Cortisone prescription, not easily obtained in the Dominican, and a brand new chrome cane, adjustable, with a hand strap..... The cane was in the lobby just prior to our departure. We went back upstairs to take one more look. When We arrived at our second destination it was not there. Karibo had our phone #'s, and could easily have contacted us if it was still sitting in the lobby, ...especially since the desk clerk was the person who transported it down.
